Allergy Free Program- The medical staff at Human Reconstruction has pioneered the use of personalized allergen free diets to not only treat gastro-intestinal upset and disease, but also decrease the inflammation caused by some foods and reset the metabolism by avoiding those allergens.

We use Alcat labs, http://www.alcat.com/ to help determine what you are allergic to, and what may be playing a role in your weight and other health problems.  While no lab is perfect, this information gives us a starting point for dietary changes so you don’t have to do a highly restrictive diet for two months, and then slowly introduce possible problem foods.
