Simple Tips To Slow Thinning Hair

Many women are experiencing thinning hair like never before.  While we address hair loss in many ways by investigating hormone, toxicity, inflammation and nutritional levels, try these simple things first:

Use a natural based shampoo with no sulfates.

Cut back on hair products which contain sulfates and other harsh chemicals including hair dyes.

Make sure you eat enough protein, iron, B12 and folic acid

Get enough sleep; at least 7 hours a night

Meditate to manage stress

If these recommendations don’t work, you may want to come in and explore different reasons why your hair is thinning.  We can also do injections or micro-roller therapies to re-stimulate the hair follicles.

Stop your hair thinning before it gets worse.
